What happens after I subscribe?

Super simple process. We'll ask you to fill out a quick questionnaire about your business and what you want your website to accomplish (besides make your business more money, obviously). We'll also ask for examples of websites you like to give us an idea of what you like. Then we hop on a call to dive deeper into your business to sure we're aligned and on the same page. From there, we start designing and building your custom website. We'll continue to iterate and improve your website until you're 100% happy.

How do I request changes to my website?

Just shoot us an email with what you want changed. No need to learn complex dashboards or systems. Just tell us what you want and we'll handle the rest. Most changes are completed within 48-72 hours depending on how complex it is. If we have questions or need additional clarity, we'll reach out to you directly.

Do you use website templates or page builders? What about WordPress, SquareSpace, or WebFlow?

Nope, never. While those tools can be great for some people, they put you in a box and force you to work within their limitations. WordPress especially becomes a clunky mess with endless themes and plugins that eventually require a developer to figure out.

We build every website completely custom using modern web technologies. No pre-made templates, no WordPress, no page builders, none of that. This ensures your site is unique, fast, secure, and tailored specifically for your business.

What's included in the setup fee?

If the plan you choose includes a one-time setup fee, what you'll be paying for is the additional time and effort it takes to configure and setup the more advanced features that come with your plan. It also covers the additional design consultations we know will be needed to ensure we'rente providing you with the best possible experience.

For the "Starter" plan, we don't charge a setup fee because we pull from our custom-built library of components to skip some of the more complex development steps. This keeps your website as affordable as possible while still being completely custom.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can change your plan anytime. We dont prorate the monthly rate so your new payment will simply go into effect on the next billing cycle. We'll help you pick the right plan as your business grows and as your needs evolve.

What if I need complex functionality like e-commerce or user accounts?

With our "Premium" plan, you'll get all of the technical flexibility you need. It includes everything from user account management, databases, payment processing, to third-party integrations. But just know that in certain scenarios, additional development fees may apply. For instance, if what you're asking for is extremely complex, or if it requires additional third-party licenses to be purchased, or if you're looking to build custom software on top of your existing website, then we'll need to go ahead and have that conversation about budget and go from there.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Nope, no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime. We would appreciate a 30 day notice, if possible, but that's not required. So, if you need to move on, we get it. Your website will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.
